About The Power Of The Tongue - Proverbs 18:21
The phrase " Power Of The Tongue" originates from the bible verse Proverbs 18:21 which  states, "Death and life lie therein the Power of the Tongue and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof".   The " it"  the scripture references is " death "  or " life ".  If you speak death, then you love death (it). Death is what you speak and plant in yourself and others.  However, if you speak life, then you shall plant life and receive life.  If we took a minute to understand the power that lie within our tongues, perhaps we will stop being abusive with our words. We will cease speaking death  to ourselves,  our mates, children, other family members,  neighbors, co- workers etc..

The verse is prophetic.   On this page we encourage our visitors to exchange comments and information on the scripture and the impact of the Power of the Tongue through an on-line chat room.
