With a forthcoming publication that will accomapny the dynamic "How to Stop Tripping Over the Past" workshop, Ramona Joseph vision is to get students living in their purpose for God while thsy attain their education. In the workshop, she begins by sharing extracts from her abusive childhood that led her into an equally abusive marriage. She strategically weaves in biblical stories of people who, like her, lived and suffered a life that was less than perfect because of other people’s choices. Her subtle use of humor and practical approaches to living life free of the past brings the reader to some conclusions about their own life situations that may have been less than perfect and how to deal with them.
